The app showed my order was being prepared, so I went into the store. I then waited about 15 minutes before anyone told me they hadn’t even started it—they only began after noticing I’d been standing there for a while. They also went way past the estimated ready time because they kept prioritizing in‑store orders over online ones. The app should reflect accurate timing, and online orders shouldn’t be treated as second‑class.

Great sandwiches! I always get a Cubano for work lunch and usually a meatball sub for dinner. I switched it up and got the pizza sandwich last time though and it was very good so will be my new go to dinner.
Always have issues when trying to redeem coins or free cookies. Checkout experience is very flaky.
EDIT: The recent changes made to the app have worked and I'm able to sign into and use my account again. Score has been updated to reflect this. OLD: I never leave reviews, however, I have reached out to support multiple times as the app has not let me sign in to my account for months now regardless of whether or not I uninstall and reinstall the app. Support has not gotten back to me once and I am left to assume this app is permanently broken with no fix.
Great food. Occasionally have app issues with login after not using it for a few months. When this happens, it hangs and will not allow login, even with updated app and correct credentials. Eventually, days later, login works again.
