App is not even opening after update. Click through from SMS message does not go directly to app. It goes to the Google Play Store and then the app

Support closes ticket in each email despite clearly walking your through follow up directions and pretending the matter is resolved. Disappears hours on end. Particularly Stephen and Irene who never followed up.
