To all botim management please stand on your words and give us our money back.. don't give us false hope telling us after 24 hrs you will send it but then after you will tell us again some missing information again and again.. it's been a month since my husband request you to transfer the money till now you give us false hope.. please be real not the one making scammed 😡 that's our money give it back to us

customer care is very very bad, when you call them they will not attend and after 4 5 min it will be disconnected and the same repeatedly. its been 2 days i keep calling customer care for one refund and yet no one attends my phone which is very disgusting and annoying

I call but the call does not go through, the message does not go through and it gets disconnected automatically while the phone is on. Do something, the bottom is now becoming garbage.

This is classless platform,they meke Drama with customers,do not care customers problem,i don’t understand why i used this app,i call Botim is thief company,who keep them permission to hold my money,the system is to interesting anyone can send me money but I cannot used my money,and more than special thing is once i send a Gmail within 24 hours they give responsible i get same like gmail from Botim, now almost 7 day finish but 24 hr not finish,to day 3 Time call not received,12 aed cut
