The app is just ok. Too many notifications. Delivery by courier "SPEED-X" really SUCKS. This service is why I'll NEVER order from Shein again. They say they couldn't deliver my package because I wouldn't answer my phone. They NEVER called. I actually was near the door at the time they claimed to have tried to deliver, so I know they LIED. Why not use a reputable service? I hope you loose many more customers until you change this lousy deliver service. Save your AI generated reply.

scam they take £3 of me.
I ordered 5 different items. I did not receive any of them. when I called UPS for the ones shipped with them they said that the address the orders were delivered per the shipping label was not the same as I gave them. So I double checked my account to see if there was a miss spelling. no there was not. now I am having to call UPS and fight with them to get verification that it was not delivered to my address.
The cloths are beautiful and I love what I do with Shein networking there cloths im disappointed as a employee to link to my other team mates and im disappointed I can't actually talk to someone. my teammates are wonderful human beings except a hand full and they are the ones that make my life as a networking employee to stand beside them
wanted to use the app, but couldn't get there due to all the pop ups! I guess they are trying to keep up with the other trash app, like Temu
It's OKAY. But be careful if you put in the wrong address not ONLY will they refuse you a refund, they won't cancel the order, or change the address for you. So if you mess up they get to keep ALL of your money and not give you anything back!
