worst app ever can't even give credit to the drivers sad
I took an offer this afternoon for about $22 and what I received in pay was $7.98. After speaking with someone through the hotline they said there was nothing that could be done sensitive to the customer to do the tips and or down I just think that's really unfair in regards to the only reason I took the order was due to the offer of $22 so I feel I got cheated. So that's reason for the 3 star review
these app no way to get help every single time we're having problems like right now I can't log in into my account after hours of working and logging in it self. letting accusing shopper for delivered and pictures taken delivery no mercy company to poor drivers shopper that been taking advantage of frued customers. False accuracy of shopper rated to get accept the none since miles 45 55 miles away tons of water for no concern pay you can break your back fell into apartment steps & still punish
this is a terrible alternative to DoorDash I couldn't even activate my account this app needs some work
I was accepted into instacart and have been trying to work for over a week. i have been unable to get anywhere with customer support, there is a glitch in the app where it says under location "Data unavailable sorry Data is currently unavailable please check back later" and its affecting my Batch access so I receive nothing. I have it on for 6hrs+ and still nothing.. Ive checked the location, ive cleared cache, ive checked for phone updates, uninstalled & reinstalled and it never works.
customer service for the shoppers is disgusting and poor. the app has a "Navigate" button that will send you to the wrong location inspite of the address being labeled correctly. if you follow aforementioned navigation, and lose time gas and money, they will outright REFUSE to compensate you even if you have screenshotted proof and delivery history backing up your claim. i just spent 2 HOURS being talked to in circles across 2 different agents and a supervisor just to be hung up on & not helpped
for the past 3 weeks the app has not acted properly The shopping quality section of the matrix will not move above standard even though I have had numerous compliments and I'm really cranked out about an extra 25 to 30 hours a week to try to bring it up to customer service support they just read from their little script telling you how their system works, it's a real shame that instacart's not standing up for their people that is making them money.
A massive sham. Nothing about their system works as advertised. You will lose money doing this.
