app has stopped keeping me signed in which is annoying to keep logging in even after an hour or so even with remember me option checked on.
hey girl, looks like your devs didn't test this app very much. text isn't showing up in buttons - they're functional, but we have to guess what they do. pretty basic stuff. push a hotfix today and I'll update the review ✌️
Worked fine for the first few days then crashed and unable to add payment details or view wait times for the rides which was an absolute nightmare when trying to plan the day. Also in the park the menus on the app do not match the menus in the actual park and veggie options are different and or not available meaning you spend more time looking round for alternatives
If the app would stay open and not keep shutting down every 2 seconds, maybe we could actually use it. But now it won't even open for very long before shutting down. Beyond getting my tickets loaded one at a time, it shut down during that process too and would not stay open long enough to scan through a kiosk. Update: I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, restarted phone, and it still continues to failed. I have a Samsung S25FE. Failed ordering food and merch... garbage app...
Hate downloading an app then having to link to credit card. Horrible selection of food, no water available have to buy soda. Absolutely hate this experience. Will never go back to universal again.

the map is very unhelpful. needs to show the entrances to restaurants, rides, and stores-the buildings are themed but it isnt clear what is an actual store and what is a facade. It also shows attractions/wait times at all parks, not just the one you are in currently, when you search for things. it would nice to exclude areas of the map for which you dont have tickets!
Will not let my kids download the app. That makes it useless for the band and the wands you purchase at the parks. Thus I partly wasted my money on a Harry Potter wand and super Mario band since the kids could not use the app with it.
I can't even get it to open.. it crashes every single time.. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and I still can not get it to work.
