This app is basically non-functional for me at this point. I was on an older phone and thought that was the root cause, now on a new and updated phone and the app is almost worse.

this app is very slow and glitches often, it should not take me almost 15 minutes to order a meal for just one person

The app is always slow. It takes no less than 10 minutes to navigate through to place your order. And forget trying to redeem a reward. It is so frustrating that I usually give up and order elsewhere.

I have never seen an app bug out as much as this one. I literally can't even choose a pickup location because the app keeps spazzing out and doing weird little glitches. The thing literally looks sketchier than a shady website from 2005 telling you that you won the lottery. RIP my free queso for signing up I suppose.

the auto-tip feature pisses me off. pay your employees a fair wage and stop scamming your customers.

Rarely works properly. Currently can't get to the home screen of the app. Can't access rewards, can't access the barcode to scan to accumulate rewards, so actually useless for me.
