Works on and off. packages are consistently being delivered in the luxerone lockers but buyers arent notified or given codes. it worked for a couple months before I had issues. I've lost so much money to packages supposedly getting delivered but never having access to them. and services wont refund when the packages show delivered. also, I occasionally get notification and access to other people's packages, and no way to fix it.

really bad service packages are always messed up. constent probablems getting packages and avoid package theft.

Unreliable app. Notifications sometimes happen, sometimes don't happen, and sometimes double and even triple. Stops working altogether based on phase of moon or planetary alignments. Requires uninstallation and reinstallation to get it to work again. Our rent pays for this trash. Package room door frequently unlocked or left open as a solution. Luxer people taking our money and laughing at us.

6/22/2026. My order was 2 pkgs. The contents in each package was opened inside the Amazon package.

Luxer sends an email when a package comes but the app has not updated since May. No notice of packages arriving in the app, no history of pick ups, everything just stopped updating since May. Garbage consider people are paying a $15-$30 monthly fee to this app/apartment buildings just to receive packages and it doesn't even work.
