I got scammed. I bought a parking pass for an event at Raymond James stadium (which clearly stated it was for this specific stadium), yet when I receive the ticket it was for another stadium with a different address. Don't ever buy tickets from stubhub! I've learned my lesson.
wow, can't add my tickets to my Google wallet, just apple wallet? Also, the way to sell tickets is an absolute headache. God forbid you get the first tickets available, then try to shop around before the show for better seats. this app is the absolute worst.
scam company, sell bogus tickets then won't let you refund or resell, avoid at all costs
Nightmare. Bought tickets for MLB game, but tickets wouldn't transfer/deliver. Customer service kept me on the phone for two hours not helping me. They decided to resolve issue finally, but also lied saying I never requested a refund even though I kept saying give me my money back countless times. When they finally gave me tickets, the game was over. I basically had money stolen from me. Can't believe they had me outside the stadium in the cold for hours.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased event tickets through StubHub, paid in full, and they failed to deliver. I also spent extra money planning for the event. Instead of a full refund, they kept about 25% in a StubHub wallet after I transferred partial funds from a partner company—funds they could accept as payment but now claim they cannot return. Why would I spend more with a company that didn’t deliver? Completely unacceptable and a major breach of trust. Use caution before buying tickets here. 0 Stars
I again bought tickets. I CANNOT get the app to display the tickets. Have logged in have stood on my head, anything they asked. I spent $250. I am suffering.

1. I need to read reviews before I use a new app. That's on me. 2. When you buy tickets on Stub Hub, apparently the seller (an individual, not a company) is not required to deliver the tickets within any kind of reasonable timeframe. Some sellers don't send the tickets at all. This leaves you high and dry. I bought expensive tickets 5 months ago and 3 hours before the game they had not been delivered yet. We still had travel time and cost to get to the game = STRESS. Never again.
