THEY HAVE NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT. and I have lost money because of this. I haven't been able to identify my account because I have an issue with my ID and their AI chatbot said that I'll be connected to a human agent within two days. it's been 5 days and still no contact. I lost money for 3 SOLD TICKETS. please don't trust this app. once you have a problem they won't be able to help you.

Yet again TS haven't checked and verified ticket details as being correct before allowing them to go live for sale!! Mismatched date info on adverts. Getting v fkdoff with this irresponsibility and time wasting! Also used a bought ticket a month ago and it showed as cancelled at Circuit club southampton!! I still have no idea why they let me in that day, but I am fed up with TS's dismal Quality Control.

It would be great if I could set a budget limit for each alert and only get notified about available tickets that fit my budget. Right now I am getting spammed with available tickets that are outside my budget for a specific event. Also, after tapping on a notification, when tapping on the next one I would often end up on the same page as before instead of the page for the second notification.

Provided all the correct bank and contact info and kept getting error messages but it doesn't tell you what's wrong. Went back and the system had erased some entries and changed others so that nothing matched. Tried to get help through the chat service and nothing worked. Decided to just remove my VIP BTS tickets and will just sell them directly via Ticketmaster. This is my first and last time dealing with this glitchy app. I'm just sorry people won't get these tickets early as I'm unable to go.
