Bought tickets five weeks in advance. Two days before the match, I got an email saying tickets would arrive soon. On match day, support said there was an issue and sent a replacement link, but it showed an error. They claimed it worked for them. Then they said no tickets were available and refunded me while I was at the stadium. Ten minutes later, tickets arrived (no QR due to refund). I just needed to wait. Terrible app and support. Not recommended.

TERRIBLE APP!!!!! I've tried it to buy a ticket and i was NOT sent my ticket (I had to buy another ticket but from TicketMaster) and the Viagogo's guarantee is a LIEEEEEEE you'll not get your money back if something happens!!! they didn't help me at all, never using this app again.

Will never use again! had to book flights and accommodation for concert didn't get tickets until the day of the concert. Tickets were valued at £77 each Viagogo 420 euros for 2 First and last time I will use Viagogo

I paid £250 to see Alfie Boe only to receive the tickets on the day priced at £37.50 and with someone else's name on them, I was not aware I was buying someone else's tickets.
