my old app was working fi e .then they wanted to update it and that's where I can't unless I remove a few of apps not doing that
App doesn't automatically apply happy hour discount, and it's not even shown in deals.
I can't get into my account. Been like this for over a month. It won't let me reset pw (doesn't send the email). It will not let me login via Facebook. I cannot create a new account because my phone # is tired to the other account. Customer service said they'd fix it in the days via a ticket. That was 10 days ago. Still not fixed.
I can no longer get in. I sign in and it says I need to update phone number, and when I put the code in it says verifying and is stuck.
Getting logged out constantly and the app freezes too often. I've been double charged for orders multiple times. Someone needs to fix this app! You do not need to jump through this many hoops to order in 2025. is this place heading towards bankruptcy?????

Decided to change it from 3 stars to 1 star because it is constantly being updated for the worst. Thank you for taking away automatic half priced drinks and then after it was a deal you had to claim that couldn't be used with other deals updating the app again to now not having it as an option until you visit 30 times... that's the only reason people even go to Sonic. What are y'all doing? And it has been years sinc the app rolled out and I still can't add ice cream to drinks and floats?
No more half price drinks. Bye
App doesn't work half the time. Error messages and "please try again later"s galore. Also uses your rewards even when the purchase isn't completed.
