Wasted my time signing up, there wasn't even one shift in my area
The dam app needs to be fixed. It glitches too much, closes out when you're doing a shift. I had to redo a whole bin prep task over. It's ridiculous.
love this app for earning money doing gigs.they have so many different opportunities doing different things.
Orientation glitches make it hard to actually work and make money. I have 3+ tickets... no solution.
I love working with my shiftsmart partner I've been working with them now for 5 years and Can tell you they are legit and same days pay
its alright. I've made good enough money on it and the more shifts you do the more you'll see. but the all itself is terrible. its constantly glitching, freezing, loading, crashing. i spend more of the shift fighting the app than actually working. my payment is at risk because the app is saying some of my pictures weren't taken today. it said i could file a ticket on the next screen when i tried to report it to the AI chat and it never sent a link or took me to another screen. i need a human

App can be wonky at times, you will have to dispute a couple of things that go wrong from time to time but overall a great option for people who wanna earn money on their free time, parents, people with tight schedules as you will be paid the same day and can make a schedule that revolves around you and your life.
they are using charges that drop and unable to give me shifts basised of Cal laws when I live in Arizona it tuch them 5 months to tell me this there there information is not complete
Need to make serious changes ASAP, they knock of your reliability score bad every time you miss and they make it hard to regain your reliability score back up. And second they knock off your cook score based of what THE STORE has to cook. its not the shiftsmart employee responsibility/ ability to order what we cook in store. how is it our fault the circle k doesnt have a certain item, but me as a shiftsmart employee i get points knocked off my score. Don't recommend shiftsmart.
