ran by scum of the earth and their clients aren't any better. you will be tipped less than the price of a a gallon of gas to deliver blunt wraps and condoms to be ppl who shouldn't be ordering delivery in any capacity because they're poor.
worst stupid app not even a minute late picking up multiple orders and I took too long they give it to someone else PISSED OFF WASTE OF TIME
Out of all the delivery apps out there, this one is the worst one to make money off of. At least in the Milwaukee area. $2 per trip and no one ever tips. I dont even make minimum wage some days working off this app. its seriously a waste of time. good for consumers, bad for the drivers. I made 4 to 5 times my money on uber eats. Go puff you need to change the amount you pay your drivers or mandate a percentage tip cause its rediculous
the app has a lot of issues. it makes you take a picture three or four times sometimes in order for it to accept the picture takes an hour and a half to get an order the app used to be good but several of the features and randomly don't work there's too many drivers so it's hard to make any money

The pinpointng of an apartment or townhouse is very poor. Perhaps other locales are different but here in Arizona the fancy places tend to be buildings scattered about with no discernable pattern especially after dark when it is hard to find the numbers. When the ap says i am far from the address i am as close as i can get where the parking is 75 yards or more from the front door.
The app seriously needs work. It often sends me a new order immediately after I complete a delivery, even when I'm 20–30 minutes away from the pickup location. If I decline, my streak resets. If I accept, the order gets canceled because I can't get there in time. Drivers shouldn't be penalized for app or GPS issues. Customer support also needs better tools to resolve problems like this. literally it's like no one knows anyway to avoid this issue. it keeps happening.
Update: Their customer service was able to update my name! 🙌🏽 Previous: I waited a good while on waitlist, I was sooo excited since I finally got approved to work. I log in and must establish a payment account. Everything is great except whoever built my account MISSPELLED MY NAME. 🚩 So, I actually cannot work until thats resolved. I've been waiting a couple days for someone, anyone, to respond to my request to correct this.. So far, nothing. 😩
