tired of updating, takes me back to sign up. it's not working well
this company takes your personal information just so they can say the vehicle is old. they should mention what's the year they expect before collecting personal information... can't trust this fraud apps
THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH DRIVER SUPPORT SOMETIMES NEVER RESPONDING BACK! YOU DON'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY IN A DAY WITH THEM, YOU WILL NEED ANOTHER JOB!
They made you download the app, and made you do a lot of crazy craps to sign up, they took all your info, and riggt after that, they decided to tell you that they don't operate in your area. This very disrespectful. They don't respect people's time. they looked not legit.
My experience has been disappointing. My account was suspended due to an administrative CDL downgrade, even though my license is valid, I have no criminal history, no violations, and no suspension of driving privileges. I have repeatedly requested clarification and a fair review but have received no meaningful response. Drivers deserve individualized consideration and transparent communication, especially when their record does not reflect unsafe behavior.
App is not letting me check in. I was removed from the ride. There's an error on the app
Never made more than minimum wage really after 2 yrs finally gave up on them as the miles from ride to ride are farther apart and pay stays the same.
Used to be a good app, now Im confused about the fact we are counted as independent drivers/Self Employed for tax reasons? Started getting complaints about the same car Ive had for 8 months that earned excellent safety ratings every week. Crazy what pick up monitors complain about.
