Can you not use Paypal anymore? That was the only reason why I would use this app, why would the take it away? Edit: The response is not helpful. My payment method was already setup, it was you that removed it as an option.
The 22% race day discount offer never activates. I have tried multiple times on multiple Sundays even after reinstalling the app. Very frustrating!

It wont let me claim the $0.22 per gallon discount from the NASCAR event, and technical support isn't working either its a terrible app
Been a year and the app is half reliable. Going paperless through the app, I still don't understand why when purchasing just a car wash, its been now 6 days and no receipt displayed or even an email receipt. When getting just fuel it takes a few minute's. I thought the goal here was not wait until tomorrow to just get the car wash you paid for the previous day? I'm not exactly patient to sit in the parking lot for half my day, hoping the receipt with car wash code 'might' be available.
Need to update application to show participant restaurants list and or location on map; as with the original fuel rewards application. The visibility is missing in this application replacing fuel rewards later in 2026
App consistently crashes and doesn't allow you to use the shell pay feature.
App need separate tracker for premium fill up and regular gas full up for member tier advancements. So some people who fill up both regular and premium for some cars can see whichever one happen to be closer to advancing them to next tier for gold or platinum status. For example if I filled up regular 3 time and premium 4 time over two months and I forgot how often for which I should be able to see that I need two premium fill up to make platinum or x amount regular full up for platinum.
Never could get app to work. no customer support.
This Shell app currently sucks. I have been using it for years and it was very good. What ever changes Shell has made to it the only thing that they have achieved is to piss off their users.
