It always says the vehicle is not nearby
terrible app, the latest update broke the key feature - can't open or close the door. come on Hyundai you can do better.
does not work with dual sim in phone
Getting the primary user or any shared users enrolled doesn't work most of the time. Website gives generic errors, app says to update settings on the web site, and support just responds with canned setup instructions instead of addressing any issues.
An example of free stuff that doesn't work.
mostly good once or would not work. had to get someone to bring me the key. car would not work. imagine if I were out of town, and that happened!
has to be opened before can be used with my 2024 ioniq 5. separate from my hyundai app. feels like an afterthought; should be updated to at least be part of one app

I took my kids to the local pool and didn't want to deal with my fob, so I figured I'd just use the app. even though I was next to my car with a solid 3 bars of 5g, the app said my network was unstable and it couldn't find my car. I was panicking while my tired kids complained that they wanted to go home. I had to call my husband to bring me a key so we could go home. what's the point of having a digital key for your car if it never works? totally disappointed and angry.
