charging issues every time. literally each time I plugged in I charge for about 1 to 15 minutes and then the charging just stops. And I can't switch to another charger because it's software locked to the one that I'm using now which seems to be in a power off state now.

I've had the worst experience trying to charge my vehicle. Fiat says that I'm offline when I have full bars. if I pass that point I get the skin the station but then it says it's unavailable even though other cars are charging.

set up payment method but never charged. Tesla has it right, chargepoint has it right, blink has it right.

App based EV charging is stupid and ridiculous. Also, the charger didn’t work; the app did not function; tech support refused to take payment over the phone, and there's no way to pay at the charger. What an utter waste of time to ever attempt to interact with loop chargers. I'll be excluding them from my future searches.

App always lists chargers as available even though the stalls are all in use or blocked.

Tried to charge while taking the kiddo to the zoo. Worst, most clunky setup I've seen. App won't get past create account screen. Used a charger in guest mode. Half their chargers are broken. Charged me the holding fee on a charger that didn't work (waiting to see if it releases the hold). Maybe I'm spoiled with Tesla's SC network reliability, but doubt I'll stop at any Loop charger again.
