It's been a month since my car status has been updated in the app. I have emailed and called customer service multiple times with little to no contact back. I know for a fact my account is just stuck in a stale state and can be fixed by someone just looking at my porsche account and having it fixed as this happened last year. One time I was able to talk to a customer service agent, they basically dismissed me. If you are considering a Porsche, beware and do not pay for this service.

Why is the digital owner's manual available sometimes & not others? Some consistency here would be appreciated. Addendum; It's back as of 5/30.

App is absolutely unusable trash. Porsche (like it's cars) can't seem to make things that just work (ahem Tesla). Lock/unlock constantly doesn't work or doesn't like being on various WiFis. When they work, commands take an eternity to activate once you've sent the request. Battery status is usually long delayed by many hours and won't respond to manual refreshes. Paying for this Connect subscription isn't worth it. might as well get a real supercar and deal with it not having an app.
