Great app! it's very streamlined & accurate. This is my 1st time using the bus system in Jacksonville,NC & it's been awesome! The busses are very clean & new & the bus drivers are friendly & professional. This is an amazing service for our community.

This is supposed to be the official app for tracking the EZRide bus in Boston, but I can't get the EZRide routes to appear at all in the android version of this app (iPhone users have told me it does work for them).

This app doesn't accurately depict where the busses are on their route. A bus just passed the union and its not on the map. Showing where the busses are is the main purpose of the app. This is not the first time this happened. Its irritating that this is common.

I don't know who designed this app, but finding routes properly between two stops seems like a daunting task. Why can't it be simple like Source: Place A, Destination: Place B, what's shown to the user: here are your options and not all the buses that visit the destination from tens of places which I am not currently at.
