Whatever the developers did on the last update made this app not work at all. I get the 'Uh-oh something went wrong' screen. I've logged out, I've changed my password, redownloaded the app. Nothing works. Only reason I buy pampers is for the rewards and if the rewards dont work then what is the point of buying pampers.
I love being able to scan the rewards but recently I have not been able to get into the app and I cannot scan any new rewards and I have rewards on my account I cannot access.
App is a complete mess. Constant crashing. Constant log in issues. I can go on but might run out of characters.
loved it it worked twice to get 10 dollars off however 2 weeks ago I went to open app using the "open with Facebook" button as I always have and it won't bring up the next screen and won't send an email to reset password. log in with Gmail starts me all over and I was only a couple away from another 10 dollars off so I don't want to start over 😩
Will not let me log in with Facebook. Please help

was sooo close to getting my rewards. I would've gotten them if it would actually let me login to my account on the app. "uh-oh something went wrong" I literally just downloaded the app last month. fix it and do so much better pampers. I'm switching back over to huggies. The only reason why I switched to pampers to begin with was because of the rewards program!😩🤦🏾♀️
really bad like I tried to scan it and it says scan does work I put the code and nothing not n helpful at all what so ever

I love the app when it's working. However, I'm having the same issues of ppl who use Facebook to login. I was forcibly logged out and cannot get back in. I enter my password and it will say to "continue as amanda" and when I click it nothing happens. I have rewards that are stuck in there as well as a couple months worth of empty plastic diaper pkgs for 2 babies just sitting around the house. Please fix your phone app. I can log all the way in on my desktop but it wont take the reward codes.
