Literally reset my password using my email and saved it with Samsung pass then when I went to re-enter it, it's still saying account not found
The Journey function doesn't function as described. It showed that I arrived at the shop, but not that I had checked in. This has happened several times. The shop assures me that they checked me in. I have 5 appointments in the app that show Missed or Canceled, that I actually showed up for on time.
Put your shop in the Fing app i'm tired of going to your website. Because it's completely broken.
great app easy to use and make appts.
Must login each time you open the app. Must shop for tires with external browser. Must login (again) on browser to shop. I can't find a reason to keep the app.

gets job done, would like to be able to manually enter tires size that actually on my f450 6.7l showing that work but the programs auto fill info won't allow
Logs you out constantly. Journey tracker is useless unless you "tell them" that you've arrived. They don't check you in on your appointment, rather, they start you on a new one. Not sure why I made an appointment, honestly, since I still had to wait in the queue with everyone else.
