I used the app to book a $25 parking space. when I tried to exit the parking garage, I followed ParkWhiz's instructions but I received an error from the garage ticket machine. I tried a few more times. The parking attendant came over angrily because I was blocking the exit. He tried what I tried and received the same error. He then said it was a ParkWhiz error and I should contact them. lo and behold, there's no way to contact them. Now I'm out $25 plus a $60 lost ticket fee. terrible app
