It's somewhat ok its keep logging me out every time I would check on my ride, it would log me out and it's a hassle.

I enjoy this app it keeps me updated and is very useful for scheduling my rides to my doctors very happy honestly thanks mtm good job I do think their should be a pop out box that you can send a driver a direct message from the app incase they don't have cellphone service... just a suggestion.... thank you though

my experience was absolutely horrible. my discharge was 9:30 am & at 2:30 pm no one had showed up. I am a 69 yrs old disabled person who wound up HICHIKING home. I have had poblems prior to this constant no shows DC will be notified this time. my Hope is that you loose your contract. you should be ashamed. CDM

VEYO RIDES CONTINUE TO BE "KICKED BACK" AT THE LAST MINUTE AND I, A FULLY DISABLED 63 YEAR OLD WOMAN KEEP BEING STRANDED AND THE MTM OPERATORS, NICE AS THEY ARE, TELL ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT! FIX THIS BROKEN SYSYEM! YOU ARE NOT HELPING THE PEOPLE YOU WERE HIRED TO HELP!
