Having issues with video, partial picture with color flashing. unable to find information regarding the problem. Both cameras in good range of Wifi. The problem seems to be recent with a possible software upgrade. Big peev is notification "program running in the background" on top of apps and access. Will not go away. Disappointed
Cannot monitor the same device from different users/phone.
Absolutely agree with the latest reviews. Since Eufy has brought out its new gadgets, this app has purposely become useless - cameras don't connect, footage is missing after alerts, SD cards are suddenly unreadable, etc. All to get people to spend more money upgrading. We'll, it worked. I'll definitely be upgrading..... but to a better brand.

felt I should post this for anyone having Wi-Fi connectivity issues recently had to do some updating to my Wi-Fi network when attempting to reconnect my Eufy doorbell camera I could not get it to reconnect to my Wi-Fi network. After doing some research online I was able to get my doorbell cam to reconnect to the network after uninstalling and reinstalling the Eufy app and disabling AP isolation on my Wi-Fi router hope this helps.
Honestly between this and the previous app my experience hasn't gotten better for my C20. When it does work, it works well. However after working as intended for 2-3 full vacuum sessions, it randomly "gets disconnected", so I have to reconnect it. It's not a huge deal, but it's an annoying inconvenience. I've started just pressing the button on the C20 itself to start the vacuum process and neglect usung the app. Never had this issue with other products, including the previous bot vacuums.
still no real improvement since latest app update in April 2026. overall poor. slow to load. battery life could be better. often won't show an "event" in the history until after another event has happened. poor to detect motion, no notification at all when say the post man has put letters through the door. overall would not recommend
2026Apr27; Appealing again for a 'Turn All Cameras Off' function. When working around or have family activities being able to turn all cameras off with/by a single step would greatly improve the app. Previous Overall the application is good. For outdoor activities such as mowing, the function to turn off 📴 the camera(s) should be on the main/home screen. July 26: Thank you for your response and consideration of my suggestion. A very useful change would be an option to 'Turn all cameras off'.
