Not everything needs to be an app. Y'all missed the mark with this.

this company requires you to scan a QR code and download an app before you can get your screaming child into the pod lmao

I couldn't get into the pod. there is also a default code that wasn't working. the key code just blinked red. since this one was at an airport, none of the airport employees would help. this is not a helpful thing for ladies who need to pump on the go. also super irritating to be required to download an app and verify my email to simply unlock the door. there are other solutions that don't require this. shame on Atl airport making it harder than it should be.

A good idea in theory, but strangely hostile to demand I download an app and make an account just to dim the lights. itA's hard enough to hold use a phone while holding a fussy baby. Remove the barrier and install local controls if you are really "pro mom".

asking for personal data to unlock a pod to express is just indecent.

Downloaded this stupid app because the pod in the airport said that was the only way to dim the lights so I could try to get my baby to sleep. Then once installed, it kept saying it was "occupied." YES, OCCUPIED BY ME!! Never could figure out how to interface with the pod to tell it I was the one inside who should be able to control it. Give me a break. Put a stinking physical dimmer switch in your pods if actually supporting parents is really what you care about.

couldn't unlock

Never been angrier at a user experience than (while holding a crying baby) having to download an app and sign up for an account and email verify and turn on Bluetooth and allow locations services before I could use a lactation pod I understand the reasoning and yes I could have done things differently, but it just kinda sucks. I wish there was a way to quickly unlock a pod if needed. it's not like anyone's checking my login data to make sure I'm a nursing mother.
