About 20% of the time, it does not flag/record motion detected when we lay the baby in the crib. The trial containing recorded clips helped cover that flaw when we're trying to see exactly when he for up/got laid down. Now that they have taken that away, while it's still a very helpful device, it can't be depended on and it's less functional for us unfortunately. It costs a lot of money to buy the product, so to constantly see ads in the app to make it fully functional again is not super great.

Unable to even set up our device before entering credit card information. Unfortunately looks to be a sign of what to expect to use this monitor.

I used to love this app and product but it has become so unreliable! the split screen feature does not work, when you flip back and forth one video stream is always disconnected and I have to quit the app every single time! also we recently tried to travel with the flex stand and the instructions make it seem so simple to connect to hotel wifi or another wifi network and it didn't work at all! honestly the app gets worse each update and pointless.

Seemed nice at first, but became unreliable. Loaded with unnecessary features, but seems to lack a couple basic ones most parents would want.
