app still has difficulty telling you that an update is needed
I don't see anything wrong with it I've read the other reviews didn't have any problems . It works great. I got my results. Very easy to use 👌
"View Bill" button doesn't work. was expecting to be able to get my PDF out of the app.
I have to log in multiple times. It wasn't like this before I think it's some kind of bug.
I can see old labs from a few years back. But I cannot see new labs or newly scheduled appointments. It's like I'm no longer in the system. I've update all my contact information and was able to login but nothing else connects.Just doing a help desk email. I will reach out.
I love it it's very convenient. when it wouldn't let me log in found out they were doing maintenance it was working again after an hour!
The app is difficult to use. I am experiencing the same issues that other users have posted. It will take you in and endless loop to the login page, then after you enter your credentials it takes you back to login, not your account. It seems to carry over to the mobile website as well. It is frustrating.
