Repeatedly unable to log in . 2nd time using this app. Both times had difficulty. says the code is wrong.

I'm never able to log on. I have been with Dr. Konen for 10 years and have only been able to log on maybe 3 times. I would really love to be able to have access 😫

This app hasn't worked since the last update. The developer cannot be reached to ask for a fix. I think that I need to find doctors who don't use this app.
