This app cannot remember that I completed the tutorial and I have to click through the tutorial every time I open the app, it's kind of annoying

buggy app, virtual chat does not work, I use it to remember which aligners I am on and that is about it.

This is by far one of the worst apps I have ever used. Every single time I have to take pictures when changing my trays it crashes and doesn't let me submit the photos, leading to me wasting 20-30 minutes of my time by having to take pictures and then retake them. 5000+ dollars for something my dentist deemed as more 'cosmetic' than necessary. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

horrible app. expensive treatment, but the app almost never works. it messes up pictures and aligner numbers, delete pictures of the treatment and camera never picks recognizes when you are doing what it's being asked (at least not when you are taking it by yourself). horrible app.

It is nearly impossible to get all the pictures needed with the app and we often have to send pictures in the massaging portion of the app.

needs fixing , everytime I open the app it presents itself like if its the first time ive used the app and now the timer has stopped recording my time , it doesnt move at all and stays at 0 the entire time

I have to enter a pin to start or stop the aligners out timer, which displays the tutorial every single time. Sometimes, the timer is unable to start. Instead of editing the time of individual out sessions, you can only enter a total for the time in, which is never for the current day. It edits the previous day even when you select the correct one before hitting edit. The only way to correct a timer left running is to keep a separate journal and enter in the total times later. Useless.

overall happy with the app, except I cannot change my aligner schedule to 10 days from 14 days as recommended by my orthodontist. previously when restarting aligner c schedule you would have the option to do so but it just goes straight to which aligner I am on rather than the modal to adjust how long you wear your aligners and for how many hours a day.

Without exaggeration this is the worst piece of software I've used in my life, by far. The My Care picture taking is completely broken. The AI detection keeps failing over and over and over again, telling you it "couldn't process last picture" with no other info. You have to allocate 30 min of your time to take 9 pictures. This is insane
