Couldn't sign up for express park. App froze on screen to enter vehicle information. Couldn't use as guest. App froze on page to select parking location. Phone reboot didn't help. Uninstall/Reinstall app didn't help. App is useless like this 😔

I keep clicking anywhere to add vehicle details it doesn't respond. I've never seen this on any app.

First time I've tried to use this app. I'm having the same problem other people have noted in recent reviews -- I can't enter my car info. The only info on the screen I can enter is the license plate. The fields for state, make and model won't let me enter anything. I'm on Android.

Can't sign up. The car details form doesn't let me enter any details other than the plate number, not even the state.

used to love this app until they made it impossible to put in your plate and make model details on android. I love a garage scanning my plate but there's nothing worse than being forced to book via desktop. please push an update to correct!!!!

worst app ever. can never change times customer service doesn't exist, and just the whole setup is wonky. spot hero may be more by a few dollars but worth it for a better more reliable system that lets you extend when needed

pretty bad experience. first, the initial garage where I parked at changed the ownership and parkit did not even warn me about it. Had to run into extra parking spendings because of that. second, the self parked garage I switched to functioned very inefficiently. it took them three week to issue me a monthly parking pass, and 5-10 mins to get the car out of the venue. some of the parkers smoked like cigarettes and j had to vent my car for a few minutes to get rid of the smell
