App failed on me as I'm getting on the bus and I had to pay cash! Id already reached my monthly minimum! fix your app

busses do not arrive on time which is on their schedule, and can run late about an hour, the drivers are sometimes slow or random stops, causing the transfer drop off to be late. The QR code does not work well on the busses, sometimes miss scans, and taking forever to scan. and have the option to turn off the google pay because it bugged out on me, making me pay twice.
