App is very slow and laggy. It constantly freezes up and becomes responsive for a few seconds before working again.

Stupid app asks for password for every single setting! want to setup payment? asks for password. want to see account settings? asks for password. fire the developers

I tried to add a 1-day to my card using the app and it kept saying there was an error. I had to wait around 30 minutes to try again. This app tends to do this A LOT and it's annoying. I also tried to add another card payment through the app and it keeps saying the server isn't working. FIX THE ISSUES!

almost never works successfully for booking a ticket. always gives errors.

I installed the app to put funds on my card. In setting up my account, I gave them all the info for which they asked. I created a user name and password, filled in all of the info they wanted about who I am and where I live, and hit Create Account. That took me back to the login page, where I entered my newly created info. It says Invalid Password, or User name. But, they are correct. Why am I being denied access????? PS I just tried again, created new everything, and it still won't let me in!
