Registration for Birthday stinks. By the time I get to 1956 it has timed out. I tried registering 4 times with no luck.

The most painful attempted sign up ever. I started on the website, then moved to the mobile app. Setting aside all the other errors, the app doesn't recognize SoFi's routing number, calling it invalid. I absolutely entered it correctly. uninstalled.

pump will not accept my phone number for rewards. Tried serval times, different ways. Lame that I can't get my rewards unless I have my wallet..

Cannot set up mobile pay if you have it set up for another fuel provider that uses this same software. Very short sighted on the part of the app vendor.

The recent update that changed the pin entry method is terrible. It opens up in the keyboard instead of the number pad, and this is EXTREMELY inconvenient when I'm riding my motorcycle and have gloves on, as I can no longer enter my pin with gloves. Change this back to the number pad, and please add biometrics as another acceptable method for verification.
