The app has been really buggy the last few times I've used it. Downgrade on the rating. Installed on two different devices. It's so slow it's nearly impossible to use it anymore. Have to go to the desktop to order online
this application is so obnoxiously slow that I end up spending my money at AutoZone Even though it ends up costing me more because I'd rather use a system that works properly and at a reasonable pace. I end up sitting around waiting for the app and pages to load when I could have already picked up the parts from AutoZone. food for thought for the developers of this app they ought to make it work a little better. your competitor is out competing you.

Was ok, but now it takes forever to load as others have said. Whatever your devs changed, change it back. I'll see how quick the Autozone app loads. Please don't ask me to call you either, just fix the app. Correlate the negative comments to dates and find out who changed what. Edit 4/21/26: I tried what AAP said, removed the app and reinstalled, which made it even slower. I've been using other parts stores for this reason.

my app never loads. it opens and the loading screen is all I get. no option to update or anything so I'm not entirely sure what the problem is but it is infuriating.

The site is kind of not too good especially compared to when it was Western Auto then Parts America! The company has really went down from what it use to be!
