they changed the app entirely for no reason and now its completely inferior to what it was before processing ordering used to be instant but now it takes forever and won't even load. if its not broke dont change it.
2026: What happened? The app is so broken. it used to be one of the best apps out there. I can't even place an order or look up deals. It locks up and looks like it's all a web based redirect. So lazy and cheap. Sad state of affairs. OLD review from 10 years ago: "Great app. I'd hire the developer. Ordering is a breeze. Coupons, remember last order, remember credit card, comments, value! I always pickup my pizza so I can't comment on delivery area issues others have mentioned."
Whatever the change they made to their app and rewards system is, it COMPLETELY ruined the app. Its nearly unusable now. It made me sign up for a new account, and then after I did it recognized my old account, and for some reason it opens up a browser inside the app for the ordering which keeps telling you to install the app. and it is clunky as HELL. it took me 15 minutes to put an order together that shoulda taken 5 due to the bad design. Probably the WORST app ordering experience Ive ever had

why would you change the app to this garbage that it is now? you cant even order without it freezing or the fact it has to open 2 separate windows to make a mobile order, the new update is complete trash
changing my review cause whatever they have done has completely screwed the app you login into the app then you have to log in again through a web page on the app i already logged into makes no sense went from 5 stars to 1
I would give the app more stars but the prices are not correct for what your ordering. i ordered a spaghetti with cheese bread. the app says it's between 9.99 and 10.98. according to my local store it should be 11.72 with tax. why is the app showing almost $15??? makes me wonder how many times that's happened before. how much money i overpaid by using the app for convenience. shame on you hungry howies.

The previous app and rewards worked fine. Whoever made this latest version should be fired. In the past everything was done inside the app, now it's just a front for the website, and your login credentials do not carry over so you have to sign in every time. Poor design. I also don't appreciate that the 50 rewards points that I earned didn't at least give me some kind of credit when you shut the old program off.
