meh. app works but hardly approves anything, from doctors offices to Amazon FSA eligible items, to items directly from health/first aid suppliers

Great too, convenient and easy to navigate. I wish there was a way to delete attachments. I also recommend a way to see details of FSA submittals and comments. I also recommend a chat option to message workers for assistance if you have questions or need assistance.

Chose any other company except this one. it uses AI for everything and it's always wrong. your account will be locked every 3 months and you have to argue with ai for hours before you get a real person. AVOID AT ALL COST.
