App hangs when trying to use help section or get support. And support is slow, and Help is missing some stuff. like when anoðer Dasher steals your order.

everything is fine I make money I get good progress everything is fine on that part however the only issue I have is that when a biker is asked to deliver more items than he or she can handle no biker should have to handle grocery store or supermarket items that are way too much for him to carry it's inconvenient and it's a lot on him or her

There is no point being platinum when you don't honor it. In a 30 day month you spam me 28 of those days with orders around .50 cent a mile losing me money. They purposely sabotage the app to mess with you and mess with your metrics. I have never met a Dasher that thought this app was fair that isn't a boomer or immigrant.I truly wonder if all or most of the positive reviews are nothing but Bots. the doordash app only gets worse the longer you dash

wish there was option to switch your dash to Earn by Time while your dashing with Earn by Offer on since you can switch from Earn by Time to Earn by Offer effortlessly

I'm currently silver level and anytime I schedule a dash and navigate there, the dash won't start so I have to end it and have to wait at least an hour to start another one. another star is for the terrible pay offers, 5 dollars to drive 18 miles and then back to the dash location is criminal if you're not getting any orders they suggest ending the dash and starting a new one, unfortunately that's not an option if you don't have a level

I've been dashing for a week now... While I have managed to make to make some money on most days, I'm almost certain that I've been screwed out of my pay for about half a dozen orders... Just because the app "encountered an error." So I just didn't get paid for them, despite delivering the orders in a timely fashion...
