for the MOST PART this app is amazing...I've only had a few hiccups using it but it's SO MUCH BETTER than the old apps... UPDATE--the rta part of the app is still great but the jet part SUCKS!!! The buses are ALWAYS late ESPECIALLY THE W1, W2 & W3!!! I'm late to work at least 3 of the 5 days I work🤦🏼‍♀️🙄 PLUS the 'live location' doesn't work for the jet buses either!!! Such a pain in my a**!!!🤬

living in nola it's the only way to get around. the map features and directions are awesome. it's not always up to date on delays especially with the ferries, but I always suggest it to visitors because of the information available to navigate the busy city
