was originally 5 star. for a while now, app will not open. I've Uninstalled and downloaded again, many times, again today. still will not open. can sign in on site, so app is broken

I cant think of anything to complain about. The card and app work basically flawlessly. I can't really remember it not working but I do remember dealing with their customer service about something and being impressed with the experience.

I'm not Happy with Avant was easy to join, good credit limit but as time went on and was higher credit started charging per monthly fees , then added yearly fee . in my case if I didn't use card all year would cost me like $200.in fees all of these were added after the fact.

My card was hacked, and it's been over a month since I've been able to use a card. still haven't given me a physical card to activate since the last one was hacked

app doesn't recognize me and there is no way for me to make payments online. even though I have an active credit card, it shows I dont have one and I have to call in EVERY TIME to make payments. ....please hold......please hold..... no one has time for that. let me make my payments online.

my wife and I are both retired and I have not been able to work for almost 2 years. this card has saved us so many times.

the app is good but the fees for this card are not good.
