I love this card.
Not WORKING ALL OF A SUDDEN. Tells me to connect to the internet
app stopped working. can't click anything. reinstalled and now I can't even log in.
lousy app only opens in portrait mode
you are reminded 700 times to pay your bill 30 days before your payment date. Your payment info is consistently forgotten once entered, then you are reminded to re-enter it bc the system forgot it after you've made your payment but it wants you to enter it anyway when it's just it will just forget it again.
When I applied for this card. I thought they would be similar to my other credit cards regarding merchants committing fraud. I rent a car with a small rental car out of Denver and this rental car company hasn't released my authorization hold over 30 days. I called them 2 weeks prior & I was advised that the authorization hold will automatic release at 30 days. When I spoke to customer service, now they are saying there's nothing they can do to help me. I'm going to pay this card off & close it.
This is AWFUL. I had a Shell Mastercard, but now I have zero card because my "shipped" card (x2) still hasn't arrived. What a joke. What was Citibank thinking when they chose these morons to take over??
Decent app in general, but terrible customer support. apparently they outsource it so the support barely speaks english, i can hardly understand what they're saying and after explaining to them the problem i was having they didn't understand what I was telling them! I ended up just hanging up since it was clearly going to be more trouble than it was worth to fix my problem
