worst service ever, you never get a ride when you want it
Unsafe ,some many cases of being robbed n killings and bolt isn't putting up safety features for verifying their drivers or car owners system records.

This was probably combined with one of the worst drivers I have ever seen. All of their drivers’ attitudes are pathetic. The only good thing about Bolt is the bike, everything else is straight-up garbage.

they are a scam used this app yesterday in thailand for my airport cab. driver cheated me by showing higher amount on their app and took the cash. when complained, they told me that no refund is possible and may consider it in next ride. funny thing i told them that i have left thailand and cannot use their app, to which they have no reply. it is a shame they and their drivers are running such petty scams by showing higher amounts on app and pressuring people who are short on time on airport
excellent
drivers cancell and the cost is ridiculously high per ride uber is half the price
reliable
I entirely agree with the last reviews. I had the ride cancelled just before it was meant to arrive and then had to wait for another ride for 30 minutes. The drivers cancel before they arrive so that to get more money when the ride is re-booked, a few minutes after the cancellation. Disgusting.
