What's the point in doing a reservation a week in advance if they are only going to open the request an hour before you are scheduled to leave? Especially if you have need to leave early in the morning? At the very least, the app works well.

haven't been able to get a ride since the new update. drivers admit to refusing to utilize the app and only taking rides reserved through the automated call. even then takes over an hour or so to get a ride. not worth the time or trouble.

App requires password to add my Medicaid account. Medicaid says there shouldn't be a password. zTrip is not responding to emails from me nor from my case manager. Truly awful.

I booked a ride almost 2 hours ago nobody never came and I got a notification that my ride was completed then when I called to complain they said the drive might have made a mistake and picked the wrong person up but thats a lie I was sitting outside the whole time nobody came then I looked at the booking again and now it said the ride was canceled thats very piss poor customer service and very low quality service DO BETTER

always on time if not make a call and boom they'll with in 5 minutes pick up and the price is good

This app is buggy, slow, as a customer and a driver ztrip should really step up in corporate. They make entirely too much money off of the drivers for there to be an excuse as to why our systems and the client facing systems are sluggish and outdated.

The only good thing that I can say about this app is that you have the ability to pay in cash. Other than that it is more expensive than similar services, and the wait time for pickup is much longer.

I was left by 3 different drivers, tracking showed they missed the exit/turn and continued driving. Finally I got to talk to an associate who's priority was to only reiterate that another cab was sent not remotely concerned my original call was an hour past and late to my previous engagement.
