Unreliable and unhelpful support. Never use this for a planned trip unless it's absolutely your only option, and if it is, be sure to build in an hour to troubleshoot why the app/ car isn't working. Support cannot help you unlock a vehicle, even after their 10 minute long identity verification, which honestly is a bit concerning considering the phone is the only key for some cars. Don't expect a partial refund after they run you around the city to find a car that unlocks either, just lost time.

Zipcar has made not having my own vehicle yet an experience one for the books. Clean cars, insurance protection provided and always close to proximity of location. I love it 💟

the app and website sucks. keeps crashing, doesn't load to the next page. and now on hold with customer service for God knows how long. *update* they hung up on me

I love Zipcar because the transaction is seamless. In addition, you can use a vehicle for the time that you need it without paying a full day's worth of rental. Now that's a no-brainer!
