Tried to unlock a bike but the bike was still locked in the dock, so I had to sit on a support phone call for 15 minutes trying to get them to end the ride and refund the money it was racking up
DO NOT GET THE DAY PASS!!! Unless you're going to be unlocking more than 20 times in a 24hr period it's a complete rip off. both myself and my father in law assumed it was a "unlock and USE for the day". nope. You still pay the 44cent per minute usage fee. going a mile cost us almost 40$. absolute rip off, we could have grabbed an Uber for that price and had A/C and avoided the stress of driving a tiny electric vehicle in the road.
Takes over 40 e bike rides to brake even 😉 for the subscription.
charges the wrong payment method. if I unlock with the app and park in a dock, correct payment method if I unlock with divvy key , wrong payment method if I unlock with app and park outside station , wrong payment method

Pathetic customer support. Got a broken Ebike that wouldn't end the ride after I locked it. Was charged a whole 16 minutes longer than I used it. When trying to contact customer support I was given an estimated wait time of 1 minute. All messages were immediately marked as read. After waiting a very long time for a response, I had to do something. (Because I can't just sit at my phone all day.) In the brief few minutes I was busy, an agent arrived, decided if was taking too long, and left.
Their bike wouldn't go in the dock so I reported it in attempts to be a responsible user. They agreed to end the ride but got a $338 charge on my account for not returning the bike.
1. Does not let me rent more than one bike 2. Cannot rent ebike via kiosk 3. Does not provide directions to bike docks
Literally first time using th app and returned the bikes. Then saw today charged $112 claiming the bike was used when we were not using them. Then got an e.ail saying bike not returned? what kind of scam you pulling? remove the charge, asap. one bike was pulled and used for literally one minute and returned to maplewood and Peterson got text it was.
Would have appreciated more clear verbiage that the day pass DOES NOT cover ebikes BEFORE I purchase it, not after. It would have been fine if the classic bikes were okay but they were beyond bad to ride.
