I am very disappointed in the product and the app. it does refresh, and i can not see where my child is. Batry life is poor strugels to charge.

Diese App ist eine gute Idee. Allerdings ist die Umsetzung sehr schlecht. Das Tracking funktioniert nicht oft. Die Ortsangaben sind fehlerhaft und auch die nötigen Benachrichtigungen ob das Kind die Sicherheitszone verlassen oder betreten hat, kommen verspätet.

Needs more options for notifications. I'm currently getting notified every 20 mins that the battery is low. I know. I don't care. But to turn this off, I need to turn off ALL notifications.

Feature request: Please add a new contact role (e.g. "Family Contact"), allowing grandparents and other relatives to exchange messages with the child without access to GPS location, location history, safety zones or watch settings. Many families want children to communicate with grandparents while keeping location data private.

Poor user interface. Messages not delivered on time. Map positioning is hit or miss. Too expensive.

horrible upgrade. xplora need to go back to the previous version. this one does not update unless you "force stop" the app several times.
