الاصدار الجديد سيء جدا وبه خاصية سيئة و أرجوا تغيرها الا وهي أن الصور والفيديوهات التي يرسلها لك الجميع عندما تحفظها يجب أن تكون موجودة في المعرض الخاص بجهازك وإن حذفتها وأردتها أن تكون موجودة فقط على الواتساب أو اذا ارسلت شيئا في المحادثة الخاصة بنفسك وتريد إبقاءها على واتساب ولا تريدها أن تكون في معرض الهاتف الصورة أو الفيديو لا يعملان ويجب أن يكونا متوفران في المعرض كي يعملان في الواتساب!!!!أنا أريد الخاصية القديمة ألا وهي أن تعمل الوسائط في واتساب بشكل طبيعي دون الحاجه لتواجدها في معرض هاتفي
My account was hacked and there is no number to call only email. I explained via email that the hacker has kicked me out and has prevented me from signing back in. I have been blocked from receiving the 6 digit security pin to sign back in for 12 hour. I explained that its a business account and clients personal information is on there so block the account and they refused and said I should wait the 12 hours and just try again. This is terrible as trusted this to be a safe and secure app.
