worst service and connection speeds. Hotspot is useless, data speed is so slow it's basically non-functional. this service is more appropriately a non-service. I would rate it zero stars if it was an option.
I've been trying to get on the visible wireless network for around 5 hours I've had 32 requests to fix the problem and it's still not fixed
horrible service both cell and customer.
It all connected when i looked through every phone service in america. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, the only three service providers. Visible is used as a way to push you to buy more expensive 'on brand', services, humans are so kind.
yes I got an account with them but they don't let me into the account and I don't have one with them now Google in the developer want me to edit this so it don't look that I'm not going to lie for them they don't even want to help me with my account I'm just telling the truth but they don't want to help they just want you to get them a good review but they won't want to help me I don't recommend it and that's all I got to say I'd bypassed this app you're smart you go some other
I'm new to visible and my experience has so far been HORRIBLE. Reason I'm saying that is because I joined 72hrs. ago, my payment has been taken and applied ,yet still, three days later, many hrs later my services, e-sim or anything is still not functioning. the same steps I've already completed 16 times ago just continued to LOOP and never activated. Right now I'm still trying because my number has already been attached to visible but I can't activate... HORRIBLE!!!
why even have a damn app if you aren't going to work.
No reason why you need to send me notifications after midnight. I am trying to sleep. Send me notifications about my bill at a proper time frame.
worst phone plan I've ever had. there are people that don't receive my phone calls or texts. and also I don't reserve their texts or phone calls. there's a lot of places that you just do not get signal. this plan is horrible avoid it all costs.
Always signs me out. App now wants me to use 2fa. I just want to remove my payment method. update: extortionate practice. I decided to renew my plan and it FORCES you to make a $45 payment just to Then be able to switch to the yearly plan. Whaaaatttt???!!! nope No and NO. Bye!
