when I try to look at "pay overview" I just get a green spinning circle that never loads anything. all the other shortcuts work but this is the one I used to use most often so the app is now mostly useless to me.
it is does not work half the time.
can't log in. need to log in for work. 'support' button is just a page of information that does not help at all with absolutely no way to contact anyone. just 'contact your ukg pro administrator'. which is who exactly? and how?!. joke.
full of bugs and inconvenient to use
I love how it just randomly logs you out when you are doing work. It's so good when you've put a bunch of effort into scheduling, think it's so sorted, then the app say yeah nah, do it all again. I love doing extra work for no reason.
App was working fine. Every Friday, like clockwork, my schedule was listed. Unfortunately, this past week this app didn't do it's job. Half of my schedule was missing! I was in work & decided to check the schedule board, and my schedule on the board was different than the app. Not happy. I deleted the app and will just go by the company calendar.
Can't use it on the store network where i work. Have to use mobile internet. I work in a VERY rual area. Cell service is bad at best. App is a waste of memory. If your company forces you to use it like mine....it show what your employer thinks of you.........
terrible app. supposed to be able to see my timecard, can't. won't load them. says "unexpected error". supposed to be able to see my w4 and w2, doesn't even seem to be an option anymore. wont even load my profile. older versions of this app worked better now its complete garbage. I hate that my company insists on using it. trying to get management to abandon it.
if your job uses this there lazy horrible app they just want u to use it for them not to do anything just say( do it on the app) and the app sucks have to manually enter everything
I would give 0 but physically can't. it constantly blocks me from signing in coming up with a blank screen, a single text line "403 Forbidden" I've uninstalled it, updated it. it'll work for a couple of days, sometimes not even that, then go back to forbidden. I can't access anything, can't sign in or out of a shift, can't see my roster to check for updates... and this is meant to be a professional company portal....
