worst app no support or HUMAN AGENT to talk to other than a robot thats useless and cant answer my question on why my ad account is disabled. This is my 2nd time trying to create an ad account for my business, nothing is working and theres nothing that can. This app is extremely hard to navigate around and it doesn't tell you what requirements you need to do like u have to figure it out urself when theres so many things and doesn't tell u what the problem is. i got hacked on meta ads before 😂

In my 15+ years of doing online business, I've never encountered a service so unstable. I am trying to run basic ads, it says "Trying to contact my bank" almost never resolves and then just continuously re-charges the cost over and over. I had to explain to my bank twice what was and wasn't expected. I literally can't trust this. It's the single most incompetent payment system I've ever experienced, from one of the largest corporate infrastructures in the world. I am completely dumbfounded.
